Energy and Efficiency

At Casa Outeiro 99, we adopt energy-efficient technologies to reduce our carbon footprint. With a total of 30 solar panels, we ensure a renewable and sustainable energy source for our two houses. Additionally, all lighting in our facilities uses LED lamps, ensuring greater energy efficiency and reduced consumption.

Sustainable Heating

We use two thermal panels to heat the water used in the houses, reducing dependence on non-renewable energy sources and minimizing environmental impact.

Water Management

Rainwater is collected and used efficiently for irrigating our garden. This practice not only reduces the use of water from the public network but also contributes to the sustainable maintenance of our green space.
